I have booked a flat in capetown and supertech has issued me a possession letter in which its clearly mentioned that unit has been physically handed over to me in fully furnished condition. Now to my surprise your fully furnished condition clause has gone for a toss because sanitary fitting is pending and i am continuously emailing crm and team from over a month regarding this and from one month i am getting reply as "we have not received any update from concerned team".
This is becoming a mental torture to see such replies from supertech, if supertech teams cant communicate among themselves how they will communicate with customers. On top of this i got an email saying i can communicate on some number which they provided to me. Question is how supertech can delegate all this to customer instead of solving this issue by themselves.
Its like that payment has been made completely and from 4 months there is not a single work done in the flat.
I have talked to many officials of supertech but they seems helpless and some unit are getting this work done who have bought after me. So there is definitely something wrong with supertech which you need to see at the highest level. Was this information helpful? |
