Supertech — Refund for unit cancellation in Supertech Azalia Project due to unfair business trades

Dear Supertech Team,

Sub.: Seeking refund Rs. 60, 00, 000/- against in The Azalia project tower t6 Sector 68 Gurugram,

This is to inform that I had applied for T-6 2 BHK in The Azalia project but due to project incompletion I want my money back because as per the commitment poseesion is not there.

I had sent many reminders them but noone replied. I visited again your office many times but still am not getting my fund.

Is this the way the supertech treating with client?? As per HUDA policy, builder should refund fund withing 15 Day's.

You think, how can any client give any reference or future plan to buy your flat if they treated like this.

Request to understand my concern/urgency and refund my money without further delay.
