Supertech — reg: non possession of b 8/1203 unit at ev-1 noida, complaint against sh.shakti saxena dgm supertech

I made complete payment for above unit on 30/08/2019 as per letter issued by Supertech, I was to be given posession within 75-90 working days. Visited site many times. Talked to Sh.Shakti Saxena, DGM who was absolutely arrogant and refused to talk. This is a complaint about non posession (extremely delayed) and arrogance by Sh.Saxena. Kindly take immediate action and handover posession and action upon the officer who deals with customers with no care but arrogance.

Me and my husband Sh.Sunil Mehra met Mr.Abhishek (Site Incharge) who had given the number of Sh.Saxena and earlier officer at site Sh. Sharma had resigned from supertech and therefore Mr.Abhishek showed his helplessness to complete work on the unit and give us timely posession. Any further delay will be beyond the commitment of Supertech and thus appropriate penalty will be claimed legally. The final letter is attached.
