Supertech — Supertech Basera 79B Affordable Housing Scheme

I had applied for under affordable housing scheme in Supertch builder basera projects sector 79 gurgaon in april, 2015 and draw was conducted in august, 2015.As per government rules the refund amount o[censored]nsuccessful applicant have to return by builder within 1 month from the date of draw . .But unfortunately Supertech is not returning applicant money, in my case I am chasing supertech from last 6-8 months but unable to receive my applcation of Rs 1lac fee till today(date 23.12.2016 ) .

Please reply me if some can help in this regard.
