Hi,

In this society E rickshaw facility is there but having worst operators they do not know how to speak and how to treat a person . Same with security staff. If you talk and say to drop you at your tower but they will say wait . After waiting you will again ask to go . They will start argument.
And security at main gate don't take action.

If they are providing facility then they should train their staff. How to speak and treat a person .

Really worst security staff and other staff.

Even I am pissed of Supertech Cape Town Maintenance. With Security Guards and E Rickshaw facility..

At main Gate (Gate No: 1) Security Guards are a really pain for residents.. I think we should taken into account the RWA.. which is the only solution of getting rid of this [censored] Maintenance,

I believe, residents should unite together and deny anything unethical happenings in the society. At last, this is our society and we have to live here not the Agents, or The maintenance staff who are forcing their stupid management on us.
