Sir/madam,
I am k p rajiv, booked a flat in eco village 1 on 28/03/2010 in my name with booking amount rs. 50, 000/- (Copy of the booking annexed hereto) and your executive offer me ground floor unit in tower f9 having begun the construction at site supertech ltd. To me that tower got cancelled and your executive offer me in tower f7 unit bearing no. F7/201 (Copy of letter address to director hereto) with some negotiation as change of payment plan i agreed to take f7/201, in the meanwhile my friend mr. Jitander kumar meet me and taking interest to take this flat after round of meeting with "investor clinic" my friend jitander kumar and his wife laxmi sharma took a position of original allotted i entered into an agreement to sell on 19/02/2011., with mr. Jitander kumar and mrs. Laxmi sharma, started to pay m/s supertech limited on behalf of me between 19/02/2011 to june 2011 mr, jitander kumar and laxmi sharma paid more than rs 10, 00, 000/- (Ten laces) from their account. After all this mr. Jitander kumar along with investors clinic executive went to supertech ltd. Office with a noc from broker and with all documents with a request to transfer the flat in their name because they had pay approximately 35% of the total price of the flat till date. Mr jitander kumar had made several visit completing his document/agreements relating to transfer from (From k p rajiv to their name) to supertech limited and investors clinic executive with a request to effect the transfer of booking/allotment to their name which was still in the name of mr. K p rajiv and your officials said that since the matter is in subjudice before the court and construction work stopped and heavy agitation of villagers and other buyers they cannot consider his request and enter/update his name in their record. On 26th april 2013, supertech ltd. Has prepared tabulated statement of payments schedule which is under dispute between the parties as the method of calculation of interest is not consistent with as per the terms and conditions mentioned of the supertech eco-village -1 form. However mr. Jitander kumar was to compelled to pay huge interest amount on unjustified delayed payment should have been calculated from the date when a fresh booking from was filled up by me in tower no. F-7. Mr. Jitander kumar made lot of visits and correspondence to your office but nothing has been done so far, the dispute arose with supertech ltd. Sent a cancellation letter at mr. Jitander kumar home address i. E. C-iii/377, lodhi colony new delhi -110003 on 13/07/2013 (Copy of the same hereto) after all this mr. Jitander kumar wrote so many hard mail and email to your crm department and visited personally to supertech ltd. Office but nothing has been done in favor of him in the meanwhile mr. Jitander kumar's wife smt. Laxmi sharma died on 25/02/2014 living behind two small children’s and mr. Jitander kumar once again requested before the director supertech ltd. On humanitarian ground, on request no. 19, hence supertech director give direction to mr. Jitander kumar to meet crm head and mr. Jitander kumar meet crm head but nothing concluded. And that came to his knowledge that the flat no. R0108f070201 is already sold to someone by supertech ltd., now finally my humble request that mr jitander kumar is taking insensitive to book new flat in his own name in some supertech ltd. Eco-village project, and wanted to transfer all the funds from my unit to his new unit which is his money.
Kindly see the entire meter on humanitarian ground and livelihood of mr. Jitander kumar small kids and give necessary approvals for the transfer of funds
