I booked a studio apartment in U1 1205, at supertech Golf village in 2017. 4lacs approximately has een paid till the date. I came to know from the sources rhat U1 tower is a dump tower and will not be Constructed any more. One of the supertech employee Saurabh tripathi agreed on it (I do have recording of the conversation), but later he denied when he talked with Pawan Sharma. They asked me to fill in the cancelation form by which 15% will be decided and balance will be refunded.

My question here is why 15% will be deducted, I need an interest for 5 years for which supertech has hold my money. Infact a fraud case should be there, as there is no such communication from the builder about the dump tower U1.

I m filling a refund case, with fraud case with other legal fee which I am going to pay to the lawyer

No action has been taken yet from Supertech yet. As per there employees they have agreed that U1 is a dump tower. Now they are forcing me to shift to another project, else 15% will be deducted and they can cancel my booking.

Till today not even a single brick has been put for U1 tower, as it is not being approved by the authority. it's a simple case of fraud

I not only want the refund but interest for 5 years as well. I am going to file a case against Supertech

You another super choor employee Saleem Ahmad, I mean another supertech Employee Saleem Ahmad has stopped answering my call since yesterday.

Mr. Saleem Ahmad, you were supposed to call me yesterday, in 1 hour . Since yesterday I have called you 8 times, but never responded . I knw there are huge responsibilities on super choor employees like you to make fool of another citizens
