Supertech — supertech not giving possessions & pre emi

Hi,
i have purchased a flat In Hill crest, sector 2, sohna road, gurgaon on 11.12.2015
Unit No.: N383/N383C
Super Area: 1350.00 Sq.Ft. Block: N383 Floor: 3 Type: I
INDEPENDENT FLOOR(1350 Sq.Ft)

Supertech commited to Give possesion on Dec, 2017.

But no possession has been given by supertech. There are so many false commitment done by supertech.Our hard earn money has been in this project.
Supertech has done our Loan from India bull & supertech has taken all money from India bull.

Now Supertech has not given us possession nor it is paying Pre EMI to india bull as committed by supertech in his contract.

Plz help us & let us know further steps to be taken.
