This to bring to your knowledge that I have booked a flat in Hill Crest Sohna Road Gurugram (377B 2nd floor) under a subvention payment plan and got the housing loan sanctioned in the month of August 2016(HHLAJ[protected]. As per records Indiabulls has paid Rs 4000000 (forty lacs) and we have paid Rs 5, 3, 490 (Five lacs sixty-three thousand four hundred) Thus M/s Supertech has already received Rs 45, 63, 490(Forty-five lacs sixty-three thousand four hundred ninety ) you may also check your statement of accounts. As per MOU, the possession of the flat was due in Oct 2018. However, the company stopped its construction activities at Hillcrest site since last one year and India Bulls release money in spite of the assurance that it will keep a track of the construction. India bulls at the signing of loan agreement assured us that it does physical visit and monitor the project. As per the MOU Supertech to pay Pre EMI if the unit gets delayed even after 36 months till possession. However, Supertech did not do so for the last 4 months. Indiabulls pressing very hard to make the payment. I failed to understand where the home buyer at fault.
I request your good self to kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue immediately so that I am not harassed by Indiabulls. Also please inform me when the Supertech will restart the construction work at Hillcrest site.
