Supertech — supertech stopped paying the agreed pre emi for project hues

I booked a unit in supertech hues in 2014 under the subvention scheme. As per the mou, supertech was supposed to pay the pre emis. But since november 2018, they have stopped paying. I have been making repeated calls to miss ankita dixit and her team. But they have been fooling around ever since. If there is someone who is planning to take legal action then please let me know.
