Sutherland Global Services — Mental abuse to employees

Sutherland Perungulathur Logistics Dept. Is controlled by a boss who is the # 1 example for stupidity. He don't take decision on his own and acts as per the advise of others. He don't treat his subordinates properly he will try to make fun of them infront of the vendors, such acts cause demotivation to the employee s. He don't approve the leaves that are submitted through the portal and he takes his sweet own time to approve it thereby resulting LOP to the employee's. He puts employee's in TLOA which is temporary stoppage of employee from employment service and terminate the employee at last without any settlement. For this guy who is the boss he as side businesses and for him Sutherland salary is a pocket money but for others it's the bread and butter, he just think his safety and blames the subordinates. He never opens his mouth against the management in support of employee even in situation when there is no fault on the employee. His acts as a boss in COVID time is tremendous and he should be awarded the best employee of Sutherland as he had terminated nearly 20 employee's with the help of management. This includes employee's who are good performers also.its mental agony for all those working under him. Forget to tell he is from North India and he speaks to any south Indian even an outsider to the company as if he rules the country...if possible take action or show him the power of South.
