Sutherland Global Services — pf request

My name is 'alan johnson' and i was an ex employee of sutherland global services, my employee id is : 308953, i would like to withdraw the pf balance from my pf account no:tn/49694/131574 to my bank acc no:[protected]Icici bank, kochi jawahar nagar branch). It has been almost 8 months since i've relieved from the company and still i've not received the pf amount. Please look into it and do the needful.
