I am soorya. I worked with sutherland for the past 15 months. On february i drop down my papers and served my notice period of 60 days. My last working day was on april 2018. I am writing this on june 5, 2018. Till now they haven't accepted my papers. And while contacting hr or program manager on may 1st of 2018, they are asking me to wait for a week. First of all why should i wait for a week to accept my papers? There is no proper reason provided by them regarding my resignation yet. While contacting the hr helpdesk, call was landed in waiting. (Waited for almost an hour) no answer from them. I got an email stating that i was in unauthorised absent. So the april salary was on hold. I don't know what needs to be done.
