Suzuki Access 125 — starter problem

I have suzuki samurai (1997) and then bought suzuki gixxer and the suzuki access 125 but this time the service was worst and the bike is not up to the mark... It had a starter problem from the first, but when ever v go to showroom they say it is normal... But due to which my starter motor got damaged... And when i complain it to service center they said u skipped 2nd service... But my question is if my the kilometers were in bound... Y i should go to service center... Speed suzuki nashik

Respected sir,
last my complain in steering vibration and your dealer in chage for demo access to my access and one month complete running in tyre and than second month continue start in my access steering vibration
