As per Layout I have booked but I was allotted different seat since the bus was changed. This was informed after half of my journey the actual seat buyers boarded the bus and asked me to sit in different seat
I've booked window seat L1 from vijayanagaram to Vijayawada on journey date 12/10/2021
Pls look in to it and take necessary actions
