I made a booking with SVKDT travels on 25th January for 26th January evening from GUNTUR to HYDERABAD. The travels cancels the bus and intimates the passengers on 26th January afternoon and ask them to look for an alternative. Given it is Sunday and all other travels are already full how would one can find an alternative as need to travel on urgent basis. I am sure the Travels canceled the bus to make sure they are not in loss as the bus was not filled enough number of passengers.
This should be taken seriously and they should be punished and also I would want the agents who are supporting these travels should also be punished respectively. Was this information helpful? |
