I'm traveling from baddi to palampur but there is no online facility available on this bus and some people call to conductor or driver and if I ask to conductor then he say no seat available but I saw maximum time they have 7 to 8 seat available.if online facility available then we can book seat timely so plz sir this facility should be start....

it's 2 months past now buy still swami automobile haven't sent my bill copy to surveyor.he was doing my accidental insurance cover clai

Mr. John is saying that it's not his responsibility to give the bill to surveyor. I said to send him email but he refused and said its not my responsibility. He said you have bill then you should give that to the surveyor and not my responsibility. It's 2months and i haven't gotten my claim. I have conversations recording too. So i want to be clear for this. Please do something against this....

This is utmost frustrating, I got my XUV 500 serviced 2 WEEKS before after that I am regularly facing issue. Check light frequently appears and simultaneously there was some noise from tyres to which service executive told me that I have to get my break pad changed to which I agreed. Still till date I am facing the same issue of noise and check light appearing . Is there someone who can lookafter and help me in resolving this. I already visited...

Refund of booking amount against cancellation

I had given the cancellation request the booking of Mahindra XUV 500 on 28th July and requested for refund of booking amount of Rs. 40K(Fourty thousands only ). The request was accepted by the dealer and I was assured of refund max in a week's time.
But despite of long chase over phone and visits, Swami Automobiles have not released my booking amount I only got excuses and a new time line.

Our vechile is in service at swami automobile, chandigarh since last 3-4 days because of there service fault and the work manager of swami auto Mr. Jaswinder does respond our problem and has switched off his phone.
