[Resolved]  Swami Automobiles — Refund of booking amount against cancellation

I had given the cancellation request the booking of Mahindra XUV 500 on 28th July and requested for refund of booking amount of Rs. 40K(Fourty thousands only ). The request was accepted by the dealer and I was assured of refund max in a week's time.
But despite of long chase over phone and visits, Swami Automobiles have not released my booking amount I only got excuses and a new time line.


I was told by the staff that their MD Mr. Pradeep Mittal is holding this. I have tried reaching him on his mobile number [protected] but he did not answer the calls then I sent a mail as well on the company email ID [protected]@swamigroup.com.
