I ordered a Pizza from domino's using swiggy platform. Domino's Order ID 280. On Swiggy delivery time was 30 min. I got a call from someone in domino's that it will take 1 to 1.5 Hrs for the delivery. So I called swiggy for resolution. After waiting for some time they suggested cancellation. As I did not have any option to track or cancel order from Swiggy they initiated cancellation from their end.
I wasted 2 Hrs in the night waiting for the food or atleast some communication from Domino's but did not receive anything and I had to sleep Hungry.
Today Again I checked with Swiggy customer service they are still asking me to wait for communication..
This is really frustrating.. This is not at all acceptable from Swiggy after being loyal customer for Years.
Please suggest me with further course of action in this regard.
I want compensation for yesterday me sleeping hungry due to frustrating operations of swiggy and domino's, for time I have spent talking to your customer care and for money I spent.
BTW I forgot to mention. Phone number given on the App for contact regarding tracking for delivery. DOES NOT WORK.

Now No one is taking responsibility of order as well as refund. They are asking me to contact Dominos but why would dominos entertain me for the order which they dod not receive. Also the number which was given to me for contact is not reachable. Was this information helpful? |
