Hi Team,

I tried to contact the symtten through what's app but it's automated message coming no solution in that . I have received the last order from you guys that box was half opened via courier person. When i ask the courier person he said it's damaged because of big box size n on his words I shared the OTP after he left i opened the box found some of the products packing opened and some are missing same i mentioned in mail to your team . Instead of helping me your team is asking the proof same I shared again they are asking another proof of all the products i received. It's a harrasment of the customer what you guys are doing seems my mistake of being a regular customer of your brand as you can check my history first time I faced this issue instead of any help. I m being questioned like I have done some kind of mistake by ordering from your app . Need the support on this otherwise will go to social media for this kind of service I m getting after paying the money.
