Pathetic Services, Misbehaved over the call. Allotted me a driver who was having a cold. They should understand during Covid, they are not concerned about their customers. When I asked them to connect with their senior, the executive Imraan and one more guy, misled me by providing me with the wrong information. He provided me the number of some Rehman ([protected]), I doubt if he is a senior, he sounds amongst one the executives only. I had a meeting at 11:30 and it's more than 12 noon and no one has come and I had to miss my meeting because of these morons. And when I said I am a lawyer, I will escalate the entire issue legally, they said they are ok with it. I am just putting this review here else I am also escalating the entire issue legally as they cannot employ a driver someone who is having a cold and that too during this pandemic.
