Pathetic service by Synergy Manpower Service Private Limited which runs DriversInIndia.com portal. I had subscribed to their service to get a decent driver for my Uber cab. To get me registered with their service they sent a driver who worked for one month and then left on some health issues. I had informed them two weeks before his last day that he wanted to leave, but even after that they did not provide a decent driver. I could not run my car for Uber for a week now. I am losing business because of them. So I demanded refund as they were not able to provide a proper service even after charging over Rs.10, 000 to me. They actually overcharged me, because later on I realised their service cost was Rs.8, 000 as per their website (please see the attachment). They are not refunding me by saying that the amount is non-refundable. How can a service provider say that the money he charged to a customer is non-refundable even after not providing a proper service to the customer. This looks they are running a scam. Because they sent me the driver to get me registered for their service. Then the driver leaves in just one month and then they make excuses and do not provide a decent driver. A new driver they sent was eating gutkha that smelled terrible. I need my money back as they are not reliable any more.
