Sir/Madam,
I ordered 20000 mAh MI Powerbank white color from TacDeal worth 1149.00 INR with Order #[protected] . Damaged product was delivered to me. I requested for replacement but no reply came from their side. I searched their website but there is no facility to make a call to the company and they never reply the mail.
The product delivered is of very cheap quality, entirely different from what shown in the advertisement.
Kindly take strong action against these fake companies who cheat customer's trust and let down the trust from digital marketing and e-commerce.
