We have no idea of what Tacdeal is. A $49.95 charge came up on our bank account yesterday. The phone number[protected] came up with the withdrawal but the phone number rang a half ring and the n quit. We have not idea how this charge was made as we did not order anything on Sunday, June 21, 2020....

I'd purchase a mi powerbank and 128 gb Samsung sd card on 11 jan 2017. Power bank is not working and sd card is fake and not working. I want my refund. My order no.[protected]. I tried to contact the company once they reply to my mail and ask for bank a/c details for refund. I gave the details but further they didn't respond me. Sir plz do something for my refund....

20000 mah white power bank and samsung 128gb memory card both are fake and not working properly. Power bank is not charging the phone properly and switches off very early. Return the products and refund my money. There is no contact number on your website. No reply of the mails. This site should be banned and the money of the deceased customers should be refunded.

I ordered 20000 mAh MI Powerbank white color from TacDeal worth 1149.00 INR with Order #[protected] . Damaged product was delivered to me. I requested for replacement but no reply came from their side. I searched their website but there is no facility to make a call to the company and they never reply the mail.
The product delivered is of very cheap quality, entirely different from what shown in the advertisement.br...

The parcel having mi powerbank and memory card inside was fake. Their performance is totally frustrating. I want my money back. I was expecting a lot from them but they cheated me. I am totally confused about what to do. Please solve my problem.

Recenty I've ordered mi power bank from tacdeal along with that there was gift (128gb memory card ) when I've received the product it was already used and one side was broken and with that powerbank i can't even charge my phone atleast once.there no option for returning my product and the gift I received was 64gb memory card instead of 128gb.plz help me to return this product

I got the offer in Facebook by tacdeal.com for 20000mah MI power bank at Rs 1099/- + shipping fee 50/- total Rs 1149/-...I ordered that product.. I got the product on 19th December 2016.. when I open the parcel... power bank is physically damaged... one side of the power bank is opened... so that I want to return the product but in tacdeal site there is no proper contact number... in contact us page they provide only the mail.. ie [protected]@tacdeal.com....
