Fate of p.f.tn/49675/8420 withdrawal dt.28.01.09

I am privileged to remind you that final payment of my provident fund a/c no tn/49675/8420 has not been credited to my desired a/c as yet in spite of submission of requisite/ prescribed p.F. Withdrawal form on 28/01/2009 .

You have already consumed about 2(Two) months time in the mean tim and have crossed the time limit of 30 days' as per rule. Surprisingly you donot reply the mail and intimate the status of my p.F.Withdrawal...

I was working with your organization from feb 23, 2005 to nov 10, 2006. In
This period i was in prolease staffing services pvt ltd from feb 23 2005 to
Mar 31 2006 and apr 01, 2006 to nov 10 2006 i was in talentpro india.

As per my salary slip my pf account number is as below.
