We have paid membership with Bharath Matrimony since 2004, before the expiry date sales and marketing staffs or the employee who deals with the particular customer would do delegent following to renew the subscription, once done they forget the customers and show their rude behaviur, as though cutomers .
are at their disposal .
We request Bharath Matrimony to employ polite and pleasing personnel at the back office if they are to answer customer queries.
My register no is M697884, this morning I just enquired whether they have any short time subscription, I spoke to one Hemalatha in Chennai office mob no
[protected] Date[protected], from Faridabad .at11.15 am and 3.15 pm.
When I told her that I would complain she said that Ican go ahead bcos I yelled at her yesterday morning when she asked me to renew my subscription.
BHARATH MATRIMONY should make its employees realise CUSTOMER is the king, and people are employed to clear our doubts, and they are to provide us service, not supposed treat customers as beggars.
I request Bharat Matrimony to be more customerfriendly and take the necessatry action.
