Electricity supply to Old No 16 Gregory Street, Seven Wells, Chennai 10, GCC ward 55 is taken openly from a faraway EB pillar box by a overhead hanging wire for many months posing danger to nearby people.

          I forgot to pay my bill last time and my connection has been disconnected.when i approach local EB and they asked me to pay around 12k for a bill amount of 2400, may I know the reason for that and on what basis late fee will be calculated.
          Actual reading for the missed one: 29920 on 19/12/2022 and disconnected on 23/02/2023 on that time reading is 30485.

            We residents of Kesavapuram, Minjur, Thiruvalluvar district are facing low voltage problem. Air conditioners do not function, fans rotate at very slow speed. We are kept awake until 2:00 a.m. as these electrical gadgets to not function with low voltage.

              In our village living 5000 families. Frequently 5 to 10 times power cut in a day. we suffered. In recent times full night power shut down. Kindly do the needful

                My house is at No.16/18, 5th street Rajamangalam, Villivakkam, Chennai-600049 would like to raise complaint to TNEB regarding the shifting of EB box in appropriate place since it was touching my house compound wall also there is a drainage pipe line below it. Any issue in drainage the outlet below EB box should be digged in to check it. It was already informed to the officials orally but my issue was not prioritized. So i kindly and humbly request you to look forward in this issue and shift it as it is causing hinderance.

                      At NH 44 a new petrol pump of IOCL constructing service road for 300 meters. HT feeder conductor are very low compared to other places and also within the range of service road. Needs hightening/ tightening of HT conductor. This may pose danger to the people's residing in the area.

                      Kindly advice the concerned for the needful.

                          Recently we bought a plot in Mathur MMDA, Chennai. EB line wire is crossing the plot, which is the old one. New Line connection has been given but still old line wire is crossing our plot. We planned to build a house in that plot, but thinking the safety of the labor's, we are not starting it for now because of this issue. If the line wire shifted, it will be very helpful, Considering the safety requesting you to do the needful ASAP. Thank you.

                            This is to notify you that, we are the flat owners of Shiki Towers, 1/6, 3rd St, Sathyavathy Nagar, Padi, Chennai 600050, comprises of 6 flats in the building and our EB account # is [protected].

                            I’m writing this complaint on behalf of other flat owners ( obtained the permissions already) about an illegal influence from one of the flat owners Mr.Suryakumar owner of G2, and his tenant Mr.Vinayagasothi to force us to surrender the common electric meter and tag that to his account or some other flat owners account to minimize the electricity charges and get a government subsidy to operate under domestic tariff. Mr.Suryakumar said, he and his tenant got this information from the Mogappair AE (the name is undisclosed) so he doesn't want to pay the common meter charges associated with the 2HP motor for the water pump and staircase lights. So we would like to escalate this matter to the appropriate authority to take further actions who gave the false information (AE Mogappair - JJ Nagar South, R35, 120 feet Mogappair Road, Mogappair, Chennai 600037), also to ensure all the flat owners including G2 Mr. Suryakumar should obey the government rule for common meter under the LT-ID category to share monthly/bi-monthly charges, failing that we would like to proceed to disconnecting water and electric connection for those who are not cooperating and going against the TNERC guidelines. Thank you.

                                      I Vinoth Sivaperumal, residing atF2, Plot No, 4A, Door No.1A, , Mani Naicker Street, Ganapathipuram, Chrompet, Chennai. This is regarding the EB person wrote down wrong advance meter reading number which has not come yet.

                                      In Meter showing as 1900 units.

                                      But in billing system showing 1990 unit. it is more than 90 unit high.
