    For consumer number [protected], the name is wrongly entered in the system as “PALRAJ” but the correct name is BASKARAN N.

    Another consumer number [protected] for my same house (upstairs) is correct. Please refer that for confirmation

      While trying to login, we are getting error as "Bad Credentials/Invalid Captha?". We tried multiple times with valid credentials and captcha. Please check this on priority, we are close to deadline for electricity bill payment.

        This is regarding my EB for my residence (registration number [protected]). I'd rented my house to one Mr.Sendil Kumar, along with several defaults and damaged to the property he seems to have converted the house EB to commercial from residence electricity bill without owner's permission.
        We have since vacated the tenant from the premises last year.
        Request to convert the commercial billing back to residence.

            Sanction No. 626/E2/032 dt. 4/11/2022

            I have apllied for the connection on 21/9/22 and paid Rs. 3, 12, 636/- for the 3 phase LN3B service for my industry M/s. Sunshine Industries. I has already been 3 months and still I have not received the connection. This is to inform you that I have taken a Bank Loan to run the said Industry and machinery has been implanted but industry has not yet started due to no power supply. I am incurring a huge loss due to delay. Hence kindly do the needful and provide the power connection at the earliest. I will be very thankful to you.

              My area is Singaperumal kulam, reddypalayam road, thanjavur
              Whenever I call for enquiry with tolfree number, the reciever didn't respond properly and behaves rudely. Like they speak lethargically. They said that they will power off for several hours and they told me if you want to complaint then registar complain like that. How do they shut off power about 6 hours 7 hours daily. Is anywhere transformer issue happens daily...? In singaperumal kulam area, daily 3 to 4 hrs power shut happened and weekly 8 hrs they shut the power. Is shut down happens weekly or monthly...?. Even if they shut down the power, they shut off the power from morning 9 to night 7. This is happen frequently. When will it resolve I don't know...

                  Tariff Change to LA1D

                  Hello There

                  Without my knowledge Tariff structure changed to LA1D for my service number [protected] but this should not happen as its not common meter and this meter is fixed individually for my home.

                  Please revise my tariff structure to the existing one which is LA1A....

                    Respected Sir,

                    We applied for Agriculture Eb SFS RS.50000 scheme on July 2017.
                    Around Dec 2021, I may received the letter for connection..but I was out of town and not got the letter..when I checked executive engineer office around Apr 2022, they told my address is not traceable and asked me to write letter for new connection..still I didn't received...please let me know some solution..

                          Unable to change login tangedco account. If I give forgot password, link is sent to existing user email address. I also emailed him to remove his email address. Still no response. Is there any way to update my email address.

                              We are facing frequent power cut issues at ponmar malai st, we couldn't even sleep in the night due to this. If power cut happens it last for long hours or days. Please sort this issue ASAP. We couldn't do house work or office work due to power cut. Now also during Christmas 25th night power cut happened it's been 4 hrs still there is no power

                                  Sub: excess charge 06.10.2022 bill for Consumer No. [protected]

                                  Excess amount Rs 12593.80 which is nearly 4 times of the usual bill is charged on 06.10.2022 for my 2 bed room flat.
                                  Nothing was charged for the previous bill dated 05.08.2022

                                  Request you to kindly recheck and issue a revised bill, please pay back the excess amount.

                                    This is vignesh I have defective problem with meter board but there is expiry date till 5 1/2 years but meter board live for four years
                                    Anyway we are payed for meter board before in 2018 still now expiry date live
                                    So my clarification is whether there is warranty for meter board
                                    Then why we are paying for meter board and other charges for licensee

                                      My Name is Prabhakaran.
                                      My EB servie number is[protected].
                                      The EB meter was marked defective on Oct-2022.
                                      There was no action taken place. I met the AE at TNEB madipakkam 7th Dec 2022 and gave my complaint letter it was promised that it would be fixed in 1 week. But no action taken place even after 3 weeks. In the mean time I tried to reach them by phone several times and went to the TNEB madipakkam office 4 times. But no action. I'm very much frustrated by the worst performance of TNEB and it's staffs. From 21-Dec-2022, I'm out of town. But the EB meter box is open so that it can be fixed.
                                      Please take some professional action and fix my issue.
