    Dear sir
    I am living under kaniyakumari district kalkulam taluka thickanamcode village.from yesterday infront of my house one pole was bend.i informed to electricity office.no one take care for my complaint.next day one person mr.justin will come and shut down the transformer and went back to office.he didnot locked the transformer.if anything happens who is the responsibility.longs hours back again we went to inform for clearing the pole complaint.many times called line man and fourman and JE also no one picked the calls.pls take necessary action for this irresponsilbility persons

        Respected sir,
        i am antony vilbert. i have applied for new EB connection for my petti shop.
        Application number [protected]
        date[protected]

        but this application was regected by sathankulam EB office. that officers says that, "that amount will be refundable and you may apply one more time"
        i am belived that, i spend another RS 2418 again. And i was get new conection from application number [protected][protected].

        still i am not getting my amount for application number [protected].[protected]

        please check and refund my amount to same account.

        already i had complaint. but no proper response.

        Please help and clear my problem.

            My consumer number is[protected]. We are out of town due to corona situation for more than 6 months. Our house is locked and Power is shut down. This month we got a bill of Rs. 3496. Last two bills were nil, which was right. This month's bills number seems to be randomly generated by the system. We request you to kindly check and correct it.

              Respected sir/mam
              I am currently residing kumara mangalam, tiruchengode (T.K.), Namakkal district.which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected].today i was shocked to receive the current electric city bill .For amount of ₹3100.the tamil nadu electric city board (erode mandapam, சேலம் மின் பகிர்மான வட்டம்) they are not take any consumption reading for the past month i have checked frequently in regarding the online payment with my login but it show meter reading not available suddenly it show before 2 years this month amount which is already Paid & same i want to pay this time too.The remark show Door LOCKE How it could be, because I'm residing in TNEB qtrs There is no lock for such reasion If I ask there is no proper Response, they ask me to pay the amount what ever show in online, this is not at all acceptable everybody say in my near my house no one come to take reading then how i can pay money blindly . Without knowing the actual consumption TNEB need to take action immediately to avoid this concern to the customer.

                I live in Chetpet, Spur Tank Road. I received my EB bill today, which was unusual, around 9000rs for 2 months. We are living here for about 25 years plus, our maximum bill have always been[protected]rs. We went to EB office for raising complaint, they said due to corona many EB staffs have died so government have advised them not to go to anyones home and take readings. That is why what was our bill in 2019, that bill we have to pay now.
                Without taking any reading how can you write some random amount and raise bill. Its EBs responsibility to come and take readings, without readings how can you raise bill. Do you people even understand what will be the situation in everyone house, from house expense how can we pay 9000rs just for EB. By giving Covid as reason, this type of fraud is not right.

                    People are asked to pay Electricity Bill Of May 2019 for this Month(May 2021). When I asked the same at Assistant electrical engineer at TNEB SITHALAPAKKAM, CHENNAI 600126, his response was, " Govt. has asked to pay may 2019 bill for current month and nothing can be done from our end" Is this the right way to pay the bill?

                    On 26 March 2021, my EB reading was 8116.6 Kw h and on 13 May 2021 it was 8319.8 kW h... Ideally consumed unit is 203. For 203 unit I should pay Rs.170 but they are asking me to pay Rs.1130 because on May 2019 consumed unit is 500.
                    It is happening to everyone. Please take appropriate action on this and requesing you to do justice on this.

                      No current from yesterday night when there is wind in my area the transformer fuse was cut and power supply was stopped from yesterday night. I registered the complaint in local eb station today morning. They came and checked the fuse by afternoon. The power supply was back. Now again in the evening power gone due to some ht lines getting spinned in the transformer. Please check the transformer and give back the supply as soon as possible

                        Tneb customer number -[protected]
                        I have tried paying theTneb bill through google pay on 12 May 2021 13:37 . The transaction was failed but money got deducted. So I tried again paying on 12 May 2021 20:01 . That 2nd transaction was successful and money got deducted.
                        It has been 2 days, yet I didn't receive the money that got deducted during my 1st transaction( id[protected].

                            Unable to login to online portal or reset the password

                            Dear Team,

                            I am unable to login in to TNEB portal with my login id MDAVID. It says invalid user name / password. It also say invalid consumer number when i try to reset the password.

                              X tenant was used the tneb online payment option .Now they vacated and not giving the user is and password.now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment.If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously.

                                Chengalpattu EB head office

                                Sir, Kattangulathur village comes under chengalpatu district. 14th May power cut happened from 12 to 2.30 AM. We called.1912 to get support, they declared, this number only for Chennai region. Then we called chengalpatu EB office thro[protected]. But they also denied & ask us to call local wire man. They are not ready to book compliant& service to people.They simply cut consumer call.
                                Very poor service. Hope chengalpatu is the headnoffice...

                                Recently I get EB service 15 day back.
                                Pole fixed opposite line in my home 30 day back. In same line other pole also there . Now suddenly today tneb planing to shift the pole neary my home . Also the digging the earth. If they shift the pole neary my home . LT Line across the road unwantedly and wrongly. Now fixing pole opposite is right direction same image attached your reference.
                                So please check and take neccessary action .
