Sir / madam,
I am regularly going to ramnad from muniyasamy nagar, pattanamkathan, ramanathapuram. Some of the bus drivers are not stopping the at the muniyasamy nagar stop regularly bus numbers are 19, 7a, 4d, 4e and they are not even obey the order given by managing authority's of transport officer ramnad. Some of the conductor and drivers behaviour to public is not so good enough. We already took this issue to managing officers in ramnad. But none of the action taken regards our complaints. After the 6 pm the ladies are not able to walk lang distance from another stop to muniyasamy nagar because of some mentally disturbed people. The ladies and old citizens are affected by these types of activities from the drivers and conductors. Kindly please take the action to solve this problem thank you
