Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Air condition issue

I have travelled the air condition bus TN39N0372.

The AC is not working in the hot summer and i travelled only due to AC services

More than 60 passengers are suffers and the bus conductor and driver is stopped the bus in the highway and not refund the payment and waiting for the another bus

More than 2 hours we are waiting but there is no solution

Most of the passengers are ladies and childerns and elderly persons

Very very worst behaviour from the conductor and driver too
