Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount debited from account but ticket not booked, ticket status shows failed

Hi, I have booked bus ticket today (20.01.2023 ) for travel on date 28.03.2023 From Coimbatore to bangalore and i paid through UPI transaction i have received message and mail confirmation ticket amount has been debited Rs.1555 but ticket not booked it's showing failed. But amount has been debited from my account. Here is the transaction reference number: OB20616637.
I want refund.
