Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount got debited from bank account but the ticket wasn't booked

On 12th August 2022 i tried booking a ticket through tnstc app for Bengaluru to Madurai 10 PM bus. After making the payment the app displayed some error and asked me to try again later. It seems to be a server issue and at the same time i got charged with the ticket fare of Rs 605. I have attached the screenshots of my bank transaction and also the error which i got on the app. I booked the ticket as guest user. Email-id used : [protected]@gmail.com
