Resrvation counter opened for 17 January 2024 on 18 December 2022 at 2.30am.
But with in 2 minutes all the tickets got booked. Even disability persons seats also booked, how it happened.

    602Rs debited from bank account while booking ticket but I have not received any tickets details yet. It's been 2 working days. I don't what is the issue with TNSTC app. I need my money back

      Has damaged my car at 3.25 pm
      Near Sri peramanbadur near Rajiv Gandhi ninivakam
      Driver was rude and escaped the spot after realising his mistake, in the process my car got damaged and mirror too got broken
      I want to file a complaint against the driver for rash driving

        Complaint against a bus conductor

        I have booked my ticket travelling from Neyveli to Coimbatore on [Date of travel : 13/12/2023]. I waited a long time in the bus-stop then I called Conductor (received his number by sms )he told that "The bus is in halt", then again I was waiting after the bus came then I searched for my seat it is already occupied by other person, I asked the conductor he simply shouted at me and urged me to sit in nearby seat . He doesn't show a reserved...

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        Good Morning...!!!

        I am Dr. N. Veerasigamani, PhD., ( INDIAN NAVY), happen to board Yesterday night 7.25 PM ( 10.12.23) by TNSTC bus starting from THENI to Chennai KOYAMBEDU with registration number TN 57 N 2558.( Non UD bus with a charge of INR 500).

        The bus Driver & conductor happen to move the bus before I return back from the bathroom (second break they took and informed all passengers to go for a bathroom break) in a small tea shop next to SAMYAPURAM toll. I was shocked to see the bus left from the shop during midnight and another SETC buses halted on that shop were also not allowing me to board and catch the missing bus saying like the TNSTC tickets are not valid of SETC buses. Then with great difficulty, managed to board one bus with an additional ticket charge of INR 210 ( from the spot till TINDIVANAM) and they were trying to help me to find out this bus for me to board.

        Meantime, I have contacted TNSTC number from web site +91 [protected] where in they asked me to contact the toll free number [protected] where they asked to complaint over voice message which i could complete.

        Then contacted Helpline 1033 where it was a pre recorded message of all numbers busy only was a response.

        Happen to contact[protected] where a positive response of rendering TOLL GATE control room number was given and through that mobile no: [protected] I could communicate to them saying like I was left at TRICHY and luggage along with important documents were inside the bus.

        They happen to identify the vehicle at VIKRAVANDI TOLL GATE and informed the driver about my non boarding where in the driver and conductor upfront refused that no one was left. Then they forcefully gave my number and asked them to call me and information was given about my presence and boarded the bus at 0500 hrs. at ATHUR toll gate by waiting.

        On boarding the bus, while enquiring with the conductor on the incident he asked me to show the ticket which I bought while boarding the bus and tear of the same as I informed that will file a complaint. His mobile number is +[protected] and he refused to declare his name.

        The question / grievance here is as follows:
        1. How come the driver & conductors could move the bus without verifying the passenger availability into the bus after the break time..??
        2. The mental agony I have undergone from mid night till 5 AM ( about 5 hrs.) by losing my night sleep to trace the bus and get my luggage which contains important documents.
        3. How the conductor can tear of the government document ( Bus tickets) to erase the evidence as I need to have the same to file a complaint at CONSUMER FORUM.
        4. If any of the alone lady / uneducated passengers left inboarded during mid night on the road ( Not even a bus stand), how can they manage to come and catch the bus.

        Seeking your kind revert o the action for this incident as well as to avoid such kind of recurrence in future with in 72 hrs., failing which I will file a suit at CONSUMER REDESSEL FORUM at Chennai.

            Friday night around 6.36 I took a buss from Perungalathur
            The bus destination was up to kumbakonam
            And my destination was in neyveli arch
            The conductor dint refund the change to me
            I gave 500 rupee and the ticket was around 150 rupee

              As I got the bus in Bangalore satellite bus stop from Bangalore to Salem in tamilnadu bus TN 30 N 2022. The bus took off from Bangalore at 11:00 pm . And after some time the conductor got into the bus in another bus stop and started to collect the the bus fare I paid 305 rupees and the bus fare is 235 rupees but he gave only 20 rupees of change and he confirmed that he will give the chance of 50 rupees later but after some time getting ticket money from every one he left the bus without giving me the proper change amount (50 rupees) . I asked about it to the bus driver but he said that he cannot do anything because the conductor gave all this money to him as amount got by ticket and also he said that he cannot do anything, he cannot give me the remaining amount of the ticket and he is blaming me for not getting the proper change from the conductor, he blamed me that don't you know that he will leave after getting money for the ticket? I said no I don't know that but he again said he can't do anything. Now I don't know what to do and how to get my money back. I have been cheated and they don't give any proper response . That is why I raised this complaint in this complaint registration form please help me regarding this issue.

                Yesterday night I booked one bus AC seater cum sleeper coach in SETC from Dindigul to Chennai, bus orgin from theni and it will reach Dindigul every night 9pm, yesterday me and 4 other passengers wait upto 10pm, but bus was not come, after that we ask from setc Dindigul office, they also don't get any information about bus cancellation, last minute they arrange seats in Kodaikanal to Chennai bus in non AC,
                If any problem in bus service should inform to passengers, please do the needful for this issue, booked AC bus and one hour late we reached Chee ai in non AC bus, after we asked in SETC office then only they arranged, otherwise nobody will say about the bus cancellation, we again waiting for the bus upto midnight, so please take this serious and avoid this issue repeat,

                  Today we had very bad experience in Tamilnadu..gov bus...we came to visit marudhumalai murugan temple..bus conductor..for one rupee change I don't have. So I gave 10 rs, remaining change... he refused to provide(he carrying sufficient change in this bag then aslo..he not provide change..said won't give u ..if I ask for change, he says I will kill u..am very upset by his speech..i[censored] complaint go complaint he says.. he behave like rowdy...by this type of people all the TN tourist..never visit no one...very bad ..plz take necessary action against that conductor...make people travel ..safe & secure...

                      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent journey on TNSTC services. My PNR is T49880205, and the date of travel was 28/11/2023, from Aranthangi to Chennai, on Vehicle No: TN1086, Route No: 131UD, Seat Number 15 and Conductor Mobile No: [protected].

                      The primary issue I encountered was rainwater seeping inside the bus through the window, making seats 15 and 16 unusable. This not only affected me but also inconvenienced my co-passenger. I found the situation to be disappointing and disruptive to the overall travel experience.

                      Despite the adverse conditions, I refrained from approaching the conductor or driver, recognizing that the issue was beyond their control. To cope with the situation, I resorted to sitting in the driver's cabin after the halfway mark due to the rainwater in my designated seat.

                      Additionally, I observed that the facilities for the driver and conductor were inadequate. The absence of a window to close left the driver completely wet, causing significant discomfort. This raised concerns about the working conditions and welfare of the staff.

                      I am reaching out to bring attention to these issues in the hope that corrective measures can be taken to enhance the overall service quality and passenger experience. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request a resolution to ensure a more comfortable and satisfactory travel experience in the future.

                        In trichy- chennai highways, Today(28/11/2023) at morning 11.22 am, A Government Bus with number Tn 32 N 4406 moving towards chennai hitted over a bike with 2 members and went without even stopping the vehicle in a such as careless way. The driver didn’t consider even when they both fell on the road. So I request you to please take necessary action on the respective driver for his careless behaviour.

                          Hi good afternoon, we are from alangulam, tenkasi district, the peoples from this area doing a agriculture related work...So we wakeup at early morning..We went to the work at 7.00am mornig..Now ther is no bus fecility available at the time of 6.00 am to 8.00 am from alangulam to tenkasi..The first bus come at 7.30 am..So how we go for the work..But in this time period tenkasi to tirunelveli 15 bus is arranged ..My question is why you are not arrange tirunelveli to tenkasi at the time of 6.00 am to 7.00 am..I[censored] not arrange bus this timing, we are come to the ground and do a mass strike..By alalngulam people

                                In tamilnadu bus if we good anywhere you can't expect change from any of the conductor they are different type animals to eat the passengers money..even they provided with the better benefits with the government.

                                  Actually I have booked the tickets for madurai to Chennai at 19:[protected],
                                  Till we don't receive any response from your side like contact number and bus number, no we have missed the bus, it's my bad experience, worst customer service and depot managers.
