Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Bus conductor says he can't come to Chrompet stop and forces him to come to Tambaram stop and get on

Address: 2 by 536 Middle Street kulathur Thoothukkudi district

I booked the ticket on TNSTC App and selected the bus coming through CHROMEPET Bus stop and booked the ticket but the conductor called before some time and told me that the bus will not come through CHROMPET and he is forcing me to come to Tambaram and board. My hometown is Thoothukudi and I don't know how to reach Tambaram alone. I am studying first year in MIT Anna university can you ask the conductor to bring the bus to Chrompet Bus stop this is my humble request.
