Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Charging of extra rupees for bus fare

As I travel from Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli to Tirunelveli new bus stand through Madurai byepass rider bus TN 58 N 2390 on 20/02/2023 around 6.30 am. The conductor charge as a fare of rupees 35 instead of 15 rupees and he didn't give any explanation. Please do the needful and take action against this types of issues. Thank you.
