Complaint marked as Resolved I got scammed twice on the same day(25/01/2023), once in the morning(11:04) and in the evening (18:40). As a result I've lost Rs1910 (955+955). I tried Email-ing them but so far till today I've received only one message from stating that they received my message and will contact me as soon as possible. I'm so frustrated with this TNSTC ticket booking service. In the least case, they could just give me a valid reply. I'm still figuring out when I will be getting the REFUND back to my bank account. Please rectify the bug and REFUND my money back at the earliest.
