[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Error occurred while booking Ticket

Amount debited but ticket not booked. Today I had booked a ticket (both onward and Return trip) from chennai to Bangalore on 27th JAN 2023(07:30- 15:30) and return on 29th JAN 2023(23:15-07:15), Amount Rs.955 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. request you to kindly provide the refund at--[protected]@paytm.

I got scammed twice on the same day(25/01/2023), once in the morning(11:04) and in the evening (18:40). As a result I've lost Rs1910 (955+955). I tried Email-ing them but so far till today I've received only one message from stating that they received my message and will contact me as soon as possible. I'm so frustrated with this TNSTC ticket booking service. In the least case, they could just give me a valid reply. I'm still figuring out when I will be getting the REFUND back to my bank account. Please rectify the bug and REFUND my money back at the earliest. OB ref no: OB20689174 (25/01/2023---11:04) OB ref no: OB20697362 (25/01/2023---18:40) The above 2 ref no's indicate the date and time of booking the ticket. REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND!!!

Also while again retrying, I've lost rs955 once again. TNSTC's server is the worst. Still figuring out how the Money got debited but the ticket has not generated yet. I strictly need a REFUND!!!
