Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — I am compliant about the ticket conductor collecting an extra amount

I am traveled from singnalloor to ukkadam time 4:30AM. Conductor name A. SURESH vehicle Humber TN38N3472. He said the ticket amount is Rs20. But the ticket is Rs19. He did not return one rupee for around 50 passengers. This is not acceptable. If one trip the conductor collects 50rupees per day how much he will collect? So kindly take action.
