Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Need Refund amount ticket not booked due to failed transaction

I have booked three tickets from Madurai to Chennai 10am non ac sleeper bus. Amount got deducted from my account, but ticket was not generated.
Amount is Rs.2280
OB No: OB20606470.
For travel I have booked the ticket again. I have used my savings money, which is required for month end expense now.
Kindly refund the amount which was deducted for the failed transaction.
