I was boarded at Thanjavur new bus stand and i wish to dropped at SASTRA DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY in thirumalaisamuthiram, normal fare rate for sastra is Rs 16 only but the conductor collected RS 20 and they entered valambakudi in ticket, i asked at him why you entered valambakudi instead of satra.
