Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Payment Successful but ticket not booked for travel from Chennai to Shencottah

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Shencottah for the 6th of April under the name Bala Subramanian. The app stopped working after the payment was made and the ticket was not booked. The amount was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked.
