Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Peravurani conductor forcibly collects tips for the seat Peravurani to Chennai bus

The conductors of the TNSTC buses departing from Peravurani to Chennai argue with passengers and collecting additional amount of Rs 50 more than the ticket as tips for the seat. They are returning the balance amount and taking as tips. This has to be addressed quickly. I have attached the ticket.
