[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Refund of amount back to my account

I had booked ticket from villupuram to coimbatore at ( 21.15 Ultra deluxe) seat number 21 . On 13.01.2023, I had booked for Rs .390, amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked and the reference number is OB20476868.
so kindly take action and refund my amount back to my account.
