Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Regarding amount refund for cancelled ticket

On 1st Jan 2023, I booked a ticket to travel on 17th Jan 2023 from Salem to Chennai. Due to change in my travel plans, I cancelled the ticket on 11th Jan 2023. But the refund is not yet done. Please do complete the refund as soon as possible.
