[Resolved] Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Rude behaviour of the bus driver

Respected sir/Madam Yesterday 25.01.2023, the tnstc bus I had book has been slated to depart from Thanjavur to Nagercoil at 10.15pm. As I'm new to the town, I faced difficulty in finding the exact location of the bus. The bus driver who called me over the phone verbally abused me in a very bad manner. So kindly look into it and instruct the workers to atleast be respectful. I've attached the details below.
