Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Ticket Booking Status shows Failed But Amount Debited

I have booked a ticket for Madurai to Chennai on 27-Feb-2023 by tnstc booking app. I have received the message for amount debited but when I am back to booking screen it shows booking status as Failed. So kindly refund my deducted amount back.
