Hi, i have booked a bus from madurai to Bangalore timing 18:00 on Feb 11th but amount got debited from my bank but ticket was not confirmed.
Journey date - Feb 12th
OB reference number - OB20937139
Amount - Rs 605
Transaction reference number - YIC[protected]
Bank reference number[protected]

Status is showing successful transaction but bus ticket was not booked.
Kindly do the refund As soon as possible.
