I have purchased lorry no tn 34 b 7051 two years before model no:2003. While purchasing everything cleared and surrendered. Quarterly tax & insurance also paid properly.1year back i went to pay tax they were told me there was some case is there case no:7487/b4/2011. Now my vehicle is blacklisted and they are insisting to pay case amount rs.10000. Point is when if some case is there, surrendering not to be done while purchase. Officers are somehow got money and cleared from brokers. Because of that case i am not able to pay tax to the govt. Need support from your side sir. Help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.
