Tasmac — bottle beers

I am from pattukottai, I am not able to by any bottle beers in pattukottai, when ask the shop keeper, he said I can buy beer only from bar and he said that he is not allowed sell beers at tasmac shop, is that true? How can I complaint about this
Why should I buy beer from the bar. It is legal, I am planing to go to the court, why you r running tasmac, , you can give to the bar owner to run tasmac otherwise private wine shop is best

I will complaint for Salem Dasmac bar (hotel salem Castle back side bar) supplyers Balaji, nellakandan and Sankar all so behavior is very very poor service kindly actions and revert..
