Sir, i bought a wine bottle to gift my friend at around 8:30pm today (28th dec 17) from the tasmac elite outlet at gokul arcade, adyar, chennai. The mrp of this bottle (Redsea 750ml) is mentioned as rs280 in the bottle whereas the billing staff was demanding rs340 for it. When i asked, i was not given proper details. I insisted for a bill and i was provided with a hand scribed bill with no carbon copy or from a proper bill book. I have attached the photos of the bill and the product. Could you please check this and refund me the amount that was charged excess on me. Thank you.

We bought Royal Accord MRP 600 but we were asked to pay Rs. 640 without bill. Like wise all the products are charged more than MRP.

I purchase imported whisky and a beer from Gokul Arcade, Elite Tasmac as they charge me extra Rs.690/- for the bill of Rs.4700/-

When I ask about the extra 690/-, the executive saying it's the normal process. The respective authority would take action and stream line the system.

The TASMAC elite in Vijaya Nexus mall is always charging Rs.20 to Rs.30 in excess of MRP. Please take necessary action.
